The Access Board has released the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines for Recreation Facilities, including amusement ride accessibility. When formally enacted, this guideline will have an impact on the United States Amusement Industry. Generally we should expect a worldwide influence from this action as guests quickly expect the same level of service regardless of the facility or country they visit.
