PROFESSIONAL

We will develop professional training seminars utilizing actual
park examples to illustrate guest and employee situations. No single
organization, large or small, has the perfect solution to all issues
facing our Amusement Industry. Let us jointly review general requirements
and develop solutions to meet your current requirements. Over the
past few years we have presented informative seminars to international
audiences on a wide variety of subjects such as:

Professional
training seminars jointly created to your specific requirements
will minimize expense budget cost.

Seminars
conducted at your facility will allow maximum employee participation
in a program that will be specifically prepared to meet your requirements.
All employees will be afforded the opportunity to hear the same
message and it can provide you the most economical cost per attendee.
We can assist you in the development of ASTM F-24 required training.
"Each owner/operator of an amusement ride or device shall read and
become familiar with the contents of the manufacturer's maintenance
instructions and specifications when received. Based on the manufacturer's
recommendations, each owner/operator shall implement a program of
maintenance, testing, and inspection providing for the duties and
responsibilities necessary in the care of each amusement ride or
device. This program of maintenance shall include a checklist to
be made available to each person performing the regularly scheduled
maintenance on each ride or device. Prior to carrying passengers,
the owner/operator shall conduct or cause to be conducted a daily
documented and signed pre-opening inspection, based on provided
instructions, to ensure the proper operation of the ride or device.
The owner/operator of the amusement ride or device shall provide
training for each person performing the regularly scheduled maintenance
on the ride or device, pertaining to his or her assigned duties.
"
Safety
awareness program implementation and timely training to meet your
needs are a much better investment than incident investigation followed
by damage control, which could be the alternative if our employees
are not properly prepared. We would like to be your first thought,
immediately after you understand that it will cost more to do nothing
about a particular set of circumstances than to develop a equitable
solution.
One
of the greatest illusions is that there will be more time tomorrow
than there is today to do the essential things we really want to
accomplish.
